Balaji Stonecrete Plaster, also known as Grit Wash Plaster or Exposed Aggregate Plaster, is a decorative and durable wall coating made with natural stone, marble granite, and pebble aggregates, combined with waterproofing compounds and polymer binders.
For additional sparkle, we also use glass and mirror aggregates to create a refined, light-reflective architectural finish that’s both elegant and weather-resistant.

Surface Preparation
- Base surface should be roughened with wavy lines (wire brush or nail comb) to enhance bonding.
- Surface must be clean, dust-free, and cured for 7 days before application.
- Maintain groove layouts and panel joints as per approved drawing.
Groove Formation (Mandatory)
Grooves are essential expansion joints that prevent cracking and ensure clean visual breaks. Specifications:
- Spacing: Every 2 meters (approx. 45–50 sq.ft. panels).
- Size: 10 × 10 × 10 mm.
- Formation: Using wooden or aluminium baton strips, securely fixed with nails before plaster application.

- Thickness: 8–10 mm
- Aggregate Size: 3–6 mm (customizable mix)
- Curing: 3–4 days (wet curing recommended)
